Continue in February. Today a try
Snatch unit in focus and I am the balls in sequence 16/20/24/28/32kg (the last two in Halfsnatch).
were planned ten repetitions per hand, times have become more sometimes less.

Here are two new videos.
Once the juggling 16kg kettlebell with two. But what then constituted as a challenge.
It costs a lot to overcome the two balls to let go. Difficult is also the start. But I think with the exercises is better then.
the balls to swing outside, I feel comfortable. The expected
swing between the legs, however, develop more strength. Do I have to try again.
Then there was the volume of scrubbing with 2x20kg Jerk.
