Past Week there were only two units of Kettle Bell Training.
my testing yesterday I had to let fail, there was an alternative training in the form of tear out carpeting.
The two units included the following materials with 2x20kg Kettle Bell (no warm-up and related exercises)
- 170 reps Clean
- 6800kg 6800kg Jerk 170 reps
- 0 Whd. Long Cycle 0lbs

My timing, I now set to 1 reps / 8 seconds for the Clean, reps and 1 / 6 sec for the Jerk.
The pause between sets is two minutes.
This week begins with the same load as the week # 1, but kg "tuned" Kettle Bells 20kg +2.5.
