Pruningmission Fig Trees

The 2010 was

Yes, as everywhere at the moment, I also agree times back what I made in the year 2010.
from the belly out, it was for me a very unsettled year.

foremost my ribs the blockade again and again throughout the year and struck me put some obstacles in the way and me in the progress of heavy kettlebell exercises such as Snatch, Long Cycle Jerk massively disrupted.
The advantage of the thing was, some time we were driving well with the barbell and a little trip to the Olympic weightlifting.

Very well. Negatives always prevails.
Let's look at the pretty things.

2010 was marked by my first kettlebell competition.
foremost right in March to the Arnold Classic in Columbus USA, a wonderful experience when I have many interesting and nice People could meet.
I followed the Long Cycle with 2x24kg, 31 reps ~ 6 minutes.

Also in March, five days after my return home holding a competition in the lake, Long Cycle 57 reps 2x20kg +1 in 10:00 minutes.

Both very nice things to remain positive memories.

made in May to travel to Ljubljana, a sports camp with Greg Sobocan.
A journey with many new friends and positive memories, and many photos.
A small competition was also here.
Long Cycle 2x20kg, 65 reps in 10:00 minutes.

That was what it terms the excursions and trips.
course, much has happened to press the 32kg went well, the first experiments with 2x28kg Long Cycle.

Very mixed, apart from the positive development in the Long Cycle, at least for the 2x20kg.
may also find that I managed it for 30 reps with 2x24kg in <4 Minunten zu schaffen....allerdings war mein Ziel die 2x24kg über 10:00 Minuten zu bringen.

all very sober.
go from here?

Right now I run a training with the barbell to the extent permitted by the weather outside, as well as dumbbells and Bells Club.
This makes the moment of 90% of my training.

The other 10% depend on the sandbag and kettlebell training.
against mid-year will shift the focus again.

all readers I wish a healthy and strong 2011th
